The quality of our staffing services is a reflection of our competencies. We are 360° HR experts with industry expertise, a wealth of experience and good insight into human nature. Our recruitment consulting services cover the entire recruiting process – starting with analysis of the job requirement and the required competencies, through the definition of the job profile, to the design and placement of advertisements through the most effective channels. We handle the entire candidate management process professionally, including HR diagnostics. We support companies and candidates with onboarding and career and talent development.
STAFF RECRUITMENT
The success of employees in a company depends on their talent, know-how and potential. The advantage of a recruitment agency lies precisely in its ability to find the right talent and present it to the right company.
We not only take care of the entire candidate management (analysis, creation of an accurate requirement profile, active sourcing, interviews and tests). In candidate interviews we check professional qualifications and social competence, review performance and analyse motivation and personality. Our staffing services support and unburden HR departments and offer flexibility through quick action.
TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT
We support around 500 employees who are employed by our company as temporary employees. As a very experienced, reliable and trustworthy partner for temporary employment in Vienna and the immediate vicinity, we can quickly provide qualified staff for your company (to the quote). We offer our candidates interesting jobs in a variety of industries and companies. For employees, we are available with individual contact persons for the entire period of employment. We support individual training and development.
As an alternative to classic temporary employment, we also offer the “Temp to perm” model. The extended trial period from 6 to 12 months, allows the “match” to be tested extensively.
HR MANAGEMENT SERVICES
CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT
Professional contact management with potential candidates takes a lot of time. If required, we can handle all aspects of candidate management for you. We review incoming applications, make a pre-selection, arrange interview appointments and conduct structured interviews as well as supplementary HR diagnostics procedures. Clearly structured candidate profiles (exposés) make your personnel decision easier – a nice side effect: You can concentrate on your core business.
APTITUDE ASSESSMENT
The inventory of HR diagnostics is diverse. In addition to the standardised selection process, in (partially) structured interviews with candidates we rely on other HR diagnostics analysis tools when selecting candidates. Potential and personality tests, which have proven useful in staffing consulting, provide a more complete picture of the candidate in terms of professionally relevant personality traits and potential. As accredited Insights MDI© consultants, we know that sound diagnostics are part of a professional selection process.
CAREER CHECK
We offer candidates a career check. It includes a review of the CV (content, wording, design), a potential analysis of one’s own professionally relevant strengths and a subsequent application training with many practical tips.
EMPLOYER BRANDING
Employer brands have an effect both internally and externally – and on the candidate market determine what an employer stands for and whether he is perceived as appealing or uninteresting. Regardless of where you currently stand in the development and implementation of your employer brand, we offer you effective methods and practical measures to address potential candidates authentically and effectively.
CANDIDATE JOURNEY
It’s not just recently that the importance of the “candidate journey” was recognised. The application “journey” begins very early – during conscious or unconscious initial contact with the future employer. We professionally plan the journey for candidates from A to Z – and also ensure a smooth arrival (onboarding) at the new company (“soft landing”). As the professional journey steadily progresses, we support both companies and employees in career guidance and talent development.
